Terms of Service – Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

By selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• COD is available only for select products, pin codes, and order values as determined by our logistics partners.
• We reserve the right to disable COD for specific orders or accounts at our discretion.

2. Order Confirmation

• All COD orders may be subject to order verification via phone, SMS, or email before dispatch.
• Failure to confirm the order may result in automatic cancellation.

3. Delivery and Payment

• The full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.
• Please ensure that you have the exact amount available, as delivery personnel may not always carry change.
• Only Indian Rupees (INR) will be accepted.

4. Additional Charges

• A small handling fee may apply for COD orders. This will be displayed at checkout (if applicable).

5. Non-Acceptance of Orders

• Repeated refusal of COD orders or non-acceptance at the time of delivery may result in suspension of COD as a payment option for your account.
• We reserve the right to blacklist customers who misuse the COD facility.

6. Returns & Refunds

• COD orders are eligible for return or exchange as per our standard Return & Refund Policy.
• Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer, wallet credit, or another digital mode. No cash refunds will be provided at the time of pickup.

7. Order Limits

• COD may only be available for orders within a certain value range (e.g., ₹500 – ₹10,000). The limits will be displayed during checkout.
