Order processing normally takes 1 business day. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our insured logistics provider and is normally delivered within 3-5 business days after receiving the order except for holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. In general, you will receive your product in around 7 days.
Please note that we don’t take responsibility for stolen packages or claims stating items not received even after the tracking status shows that it was delivered from the carrier website. Once the carrier site shows that the package was delivered, then we have fulfilled our service of shipping the item to you with the valid tracking number.
