Very good dashcam, Customer service is also very good. In Initial day micro sd was not working. I raised the issue and next day they sent new sd card. Good customer service
Good and nice product. I'm using Dash cams since 2010 and used various brands as per technology available then. 👍 Should have provided additional UV and adhesive stickers as spares.
Negative points Its adjustment is only up and down, not left or right. Its price is between 15 to 17 thousand, but only 2 electromagnetic stickers are given for the front and rear dashcam. These days one or two extra stickers are available even on a dashcam worth 5 thousand rupees. Its WiFi password is visible on the dashcam screen, so that anyone can easily access and download the data For which I am deducting 2 ⭐. Positive points Its red infrared light sensor is very good which gives a good view of the cabin even in the dark. Its compact design is very attractive. Its customer service and behavior is excellent. It is user friendly.
I have bought F17. Its quality is also very good. I liked it very much, especially the night vision of cabin camera. But one thing I have a little doubt is that WiFi connection shows its password on the screen. For example, my driver always takes my car so if he wants he can download REDTIGER application and download the data easily on his mobile using the password or he can also delete the data. If the application opens with the registered mobile and the password or one time OTP is received there itself in the application which is opened with the registered mobile, then perhaps it would have been better.

The dashcam we need, works perfectly. The video quality is great capture clear stills of the vehicles and object in the driving zone and work like a charm.
Absolutely great camera clarity. GPS and other features are working fine. Just one problem I am facing. By default all the 3 camera is showing as split screen. It should allow user to change default view. Like I want only the front camera view to be displayed and let all other camera record in background.

The dashcam is working as expected. The reason for 4 stars is that how DIY unfriendly is to install it. You provide the 3m sticker already sticked to the mount. That makes it hard to properly stick it to the electrostatic sticker without leaving air packets trapped between them. Just provide the 3m sticker separately so that we can stick it first on the electrostatic sticker without trapping air and then stick the mount on it.
The camera is working flawlessly and as expected. Im glad I bought this camera.
My experience with the dashcam is awesome. I think I have made a good purchase and I hope it would fulfil my purpose of buying it.

Good quality but provided sd card is too small to hold even 8 hrs of 4k footage. But overall good.
