I lost the dash cam accessories during use, can I buy them separately?
Redtiger sells single accessory on the website, including F7N rear camera extension cable 33FT, exterior rear camera, suction cup bracket, 3M bracket and so on.
Do I need to buy Memory card to use this dash cam?what size memory card is recommended?
This dash cam supports memory card of 32GB-512GB.U3 Class 10 memory card is recommended if you need to buy a new one, or just purchase Redtiger in-store 256GB card which is the most fit.

Good dash cam
Simply superb
Camera quality for 4k is good however back camera 1080p is okay serves the purpose. Using Hardwired kit is draining battery using 24hr option, fine with only G sensor monitor.
The Installation was easy, even startin ghte device was very easy. But there are few improvements required, such as 1. WiFi connection is required every time you start. 2. Auto Memory deletion of old videos. 3. Subscription is not expected
Overall, I'm very happy with my REDTIGTER F17NP dashcam. The video quality is excellent, both during the day and at night. The front and rear camera clarity is impressive, and the app interface is easy to use. The recording quality meets my expectations, and I'm satisfied with the overall performance of the product. However, I have a few issues for which I would appreciate your support: Apple CarPlay Wi-Fi Conflict: I use an iPhone with a Portronics Wireless Apple CarPlay adapter. Since both the dashcam and wireless CarPlay require Wi-Fi, I can connect to only one device at a time. When I connect to the dashcam, CarPlay disconnects, and vice versa. It would be great if you could suggest a solution or if a future firmware update could improve this experience. Parking Mode Issue: I have installed the original REDTIGTER hardwire kit, but although the camera displays "ACC OFF, Enter Timelapse Mode" after the ignition is switched off, it does not appear to record correctly in parking mode. I would appreciate your guidance or a firmware update to resolve this issue. Replacement Adhesive Tapes: During installation, I accidentally misplaced the adhesive pads for the suction cup mount and the rear camera mount. Could you please let me know if replacement adhesive tapes are available and how I can obtain them? Overall, I really like the product. The camera quality, recording performance, and video clarity are excellent, and I would definitely recommend it. I hope the above issues can be resolved so that the experience becomes even better. WiFi video streaming and transfer speeds too low with buffering, inspite of using high speed micro sd card, and the dashcam being advertised as having WiFi 6 connectivity…

Value for money product. It function properly without any problem. However, in extreme hot condition of wind screen, the succussion cup automatically dropped off from the screen.
I am not able to connect the camera with my both android and iPhone. It shows that the “network not available “ Is there any solution for the same.? PLEASE guide me for the same.

The camera setup is good. Product looks good and strong, however the camera get malfuntioning after 7 months, tried all the options don't know what do now
Biggest issue with the dashcam is it's wifi connectivity. It needs to be connected Mannualy each and every time when turned on. This makes issue big . Plz either update the software or make new inventory available with auto connecting wifi. Suppose any accident occurs and we haven't connected dashcam with phone before that what will happen, we won't be able to fetch record at same spot.
The buttons for installation are not working, they fall off. Plus the installation team in mumbai is also not upto the mark. These are two negative experience faced
