We offer our valued customers an 18-month warranty free of charge. If the dash cam experiences any quality issues within the warranty period, we will gladly replace free to ensure your shipping experience.
Upon receiving the package at our warehouse, we will process the refund for the customer.
We kindly request that contact our customer service first before ship your items. Failure to do so may result in your items not being returned, and it will be considered a loss.
DOA (Dead on arrival) products:
If the product arrives with damaged packaging or experiences malfunctions such as being unable to power on, please contact our customer service immediately. We will provide free replacement or refund.
